  13. Installation
  14. ============
  15. To avoid installation problems, NO program (including TSRs)
  16. should be running or begin running when you start Windows to
  17. run the install.
  18.  
  19. If you receive a message like:
  20.  
  21.   "THREED.VBX in use - Can not copy!"
  22.  
  23.   run StatTrak for Basketball. If you receive an "out of date"
  24.   message, see how to resolve it below. Otherwise, enjoy.

  26. Problems running StatTrak for Basketball
  27. ======================================
  28. If you receive a StatTrak for Basketball program message like:
  29.  
  30.   "The file 'c:\windows\system\threed.vbx' is out of date.
  31.    This program requires a newer version."
  32.  
  33.   we suggest you do and note the following:
  34.  
  35.     - exit Windows and return to DOS
  36.  
  37.     - go to the Windows System Directory
  38.  
  39.         CD C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM  (for example)
  40.  
  41.    - in the case of THREED.VBX, there should be the files
  42.  
  43.         THREED.VBX (old version of file)
  44.         THREED.~BX (newer version of file copied by the
  45.                     installation program.  Newer version of
  46.                     whatever file will have the "~" in the
  47.                     file extension)
  48.  
  49.    - rename the older version of the file THREED.BAK
  50.  
  51.         REN THREED.VBX THREED.BAK  (for example)
  52.  
  53.    - rename the newer version of the file THREED.VBX
  54.  
  55.         REN THREED.~BX THREED.VBX  (for example)
  56.  
  57.    - start Windows and run the installation program again

  75. BROUGHT BY EITHER PARTY AGAINST THE OTHER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS
  76. AGREEMENT SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT OF COMPETENT
  77. JURISDICTION LOCATED IN DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN. THE PARTIES HEREBY CONSENT TO
  78. JURISDICTION OF SAID COURTS.

  80. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE DISKS ON WHICH IT IS CONTAINED IS LICENSED SOLELY TO
  81. YOU ON A PERPETUAL BASIS FOR YOUR OWN USE. THIS IS COPYRIGHTED SOFTWARE. YOU
  82. ARE NOT OBTAINING TITLE TO THE SOFTWARE OR ANY COPYRIGHT RIGHTS. YOU MAY NOT
  83. SUBLICENSE, RENT, LEASE, CONVEY, MODIFY, TRANSLATE, CONVERT TO ANOTHER
